„Property has potential but poorly utilized. First impression grass was knee high, the steps to trailor rickety. Upon inspection inside under kitchen sink, 3 unset mouse traps, and mouse turds scattered all over, a roll of paper towels under the sink was hovered with dried stains. Counter top notWiped, used pizza cardboard in corner upper cupboard. Dishes in a drainer on cabinet. Towels were rough & old. Furniture was old and sparse. Disappointed. “

„The house was perfect! The pool was perfect! The neighborhood was perfect! The beach was perfect and a block away! We enjoyed everything about the house, it’s amenities, location etc. To our surprise the house was stocked with extras and large for our family!! It was our first time to South Padre. There was tar on the beach but we didn’t let that stop us from having a wonderful time. My only disappointment was the communication with the property manager. I had sent 2 messages via the Vrbo app ...

„Our stay was great, we had everything we needed, did not do any cooking due to meals at the reunion. We were able to set up times for showers, with 9 adults we had to schedule them on time. Only things that were needed was a mat in the showers as they were very slick, also the shower drains needed cleaning as were draining very slow. Would use this Lodge again.“

„I arrived and reluctantly stayed, even though the room was in need of a cleaning. I found a bar of soap and soap wrapper in the shower. I'm not sure the shower had been cleaned as there was hair in it. I stayed 2 nights and did not step in shower. There was a towel on the shower...not sure it was washed. Cobwebs were plentiful in the bathroom. I would have left, but it was my only option for my stay in Faulkton. I am not a neat freak, but this was absolutely not acceptable.“
