„Nice quiet neighborhood, 10 mins from Franciscan University. American foursquare turned into an up down duplex in the '60'sOnly issue is that they carpeted everywhere, including the bathroom and kitchen, which must be hard to clean for. short term rental.would stay again.“

„This house was absolutely perfect for our needs. We had 6 adults and one child stay in the house for 3 days. We were pleasantly surprised at the detailed "book" highlighting anything and everything we would want to know about the house and the area. The host was pleasant and easy to communicate with. „After a rocky start with the choices housekeeping made after dealing with a an unexpected washer breakdown, the remainder of our stay was lovely. The owner was apologetic & handled the inconvenience fairly. The home is in a great location with an easy, scenic walk to Sewickley’s restaurants & shopping. „This is a cute little place with plenty of space. Much more comfortable than a hotel room. Only takes about 15 minutes to drive to Martins Ferry and Wheeling. My son enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching the barges on the river. Loved having a good k-cup coffee maker available. I also greatly appreciated the washer and dryer that allowed me to wash up our laundry the night before we left so that I didn't have a bunch of laundry to do when we got home. „This beautiful house is exactly as described. There are plenty of spaces so that two families can easily be together. We had lots of fun kayaking, fishing across from the house, playing darts and foosball, going to the beach, and just enjoying the view of the lake from the porch. „Amazing property and an amazing stay. It was so sweet to see how the place was set up to accommodate dogs and also children. There were snacks and a totally equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and bathroom were located downstairs as well as a great laundry room. I have been on the road for three weeks and needed to clean some clothes.
