„We have stayed at The Atrium Resort before. We did request a certain floor to be on but somewhere between making the reservation and arrival the request was not made. We did notify the front desk and it was rectified immediately. The staff was very accommodating.“

„We had plenty of space for our family, and Lori was quick to respond when the internet went out. (It came back.) The house is on the market so I assume some updates to the kitchen cabinets may be coming soon, but everything worked fine. Great view and beach access. Very relaxing, and my husband especially appreciated the elevator.“

„Property is in a great location. Ocean views and having the beach so close was nice. The kitchen is fully stocked they even have a crockpot, which wasn't in the listing but helped us feed a group of 17. The only thing missing was the ball for the foosball game. “

„Perfect for small space accommodation. The queen bed was very comfortable and I particularly liked the overhead fans and doors separating the kitchen/TV area from the bedroom. Location was close to the Beach and other areas of VA Beach. I definitely give this place 5 stars. “

„Outstanding place for multi generational family. Excellent location close to beach and market. Well stocked kitchen. Great indoor space and deck outdoor entertainment spaces. Owner very helpful and great communicator. Will definitely book again. “

„Location is great, pool good for a dip, and overall layout and size of house is good. But we arrived to find the house quite dirty (needed better vacuuming, wipe down of kitchen cabinets, etc) and in disrepair with a broken screen door to the screened porch among other things. The passcode lock had a dead battery, and I needed to call for the key. The beds were made, but many were without flat sheets and one with bugs and hair on the fitted sheet under the comforter that was full of sand. Good ...

"Super Lage direkt am Strand, immer viel Platz am Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt in Gehdistanz, gutes Gym (leider funktionierte Klimaanlage nicht wirklich), genügend und grosse Pool-/Strandtücher. Personal am Front Desk nicht übermässig freundlich. Housekeeping nicht zuverlässig, obwohl zumindest kleiner Service jeden Tag versprochen wurde beim Check in. Sofa im Zimmer mit vielen Flecken, Balkon könnte mal gewischt werden, Teppich etwas unappetitlich. "
