„The house was adorable, very comfortable, really cozy and we felt like we were really staying in our own home. It overlooked the bay had great views. Well stock kitchen, comfortable beds, great lawn and really friendly for our dog Luna-- The location was easy to find and easy to get to local beaches and the town of guysboro to listen to music. „Property was very nice, we were comfortable. It would have been good for a longer stay. We were just in the area for a wedding, so we didn't get time to take advantage of the kitchen (though there didn't seem to be a lot of cooking implements available, if we had! perhaps they are available on inquiry) the property is beautiful and we did walk down to the beach. There is not a lot out there, in terms of amenities, but it's a lovely place to stay.“

„Sandy and John are what Cape Breton hospitality is all about. Their well appointed home has everything you need and more. The magical path to the beach is lit with fairy lights and although a fire ban was in place during our visit we enjoyed their deck fire pit on crisp October nights. The house is secluded and surrounded by beautiful fall foliage. Internet and a large screen smart tv are available for rainy days. „The house is, technically, as described but there are a few design issues that made it hard to use. The ladder, which is needed to access the loft, blocks the bathroom door. So if you have it in place for climbing, it has to be moved to open the loo door, then moved back to climb back up again. We have stayed in tiny houses before and found them easier to maneuver around. Which would be fine but at this price it should be somewhat more comfy. Caveat Emptor“

"Schneller und reibungsloser Check-in. Die Unterkunft ist in einem historischen Gebäude, wir hatten das Zimmer "The Library" mit einer kleinen Bibliothek. Insgesamt war es sauber, allerdings hatten wir Brösel und Flusen im Bett - muß wohl beim Bettbeziehen passiert sein, denn an sich wirkte das Bett schon frisch bezogen. Zum Frühstück konnte man aus 4-5 Varianten wählen wie Classic, French Toast, Pancakes, Joghurt/Müsli etc. und es wurde dann frisch zubereitet - top. Lage fußläufig zu verschiedenen Restaurants und zwei Craftbier-Taprooms."
