„Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider hatten wir keinen Schlüsselcode bekommen, weshalb wir vor verschlossener Tür standen. Die Dorfbewohner konnten uns jedoch helfen und die Eigentümer haben sich entschuldigt. Wäre das nicht gewesen, hätten wir 5 Sterne vergeben.“

„Property as advertised, great location. Pretty basic hut, light powered by batteries, no mains power or running water. Take your own camping supplies. Owner changed our dates at our request. This is a great location if you want to be off the grid, the shingle road is in an excellent condition.“

„A well aged puzzle piece bach, in NZ forest, tucked down a dead end road. Surprising amount of traffic on the road during our stay. Neighbours were quite noisy also but the bach had everything we needed. Hot water for a shower was a bonus. The old Shacklock range is prone to smoking out the bach but I think we figured it out after a few days. Reliable cell service is back at the Orwell Creek Road turnoff, for those wondering. For a last minute booking, it worked out well and appreciate the good ...

„Wirklich sehr schöne Hütte am Rand des Camping-Platzes. Einziger Nachteil ist nur, dass halt Duschen und WC nicht dort sind, aber dafür mega schön und günstig.“

"Der Empfang war kurz, freundlich und knapp, hier war gerade sehr viel Betrieb im Restaurant und das Personal im Stress. Das Zimmer war geräumig und zweckmäßig. Die Unterkunft ist nicht isoliert, daher sehr laut. Der Duschraum (ein Bad kann man es nicht nennen) war sehr klein, es gab nicht einmal eine Ablage für die Zahnbürsten. Wir würden hier nicht wieder übernachten. "

"Wir hatten ein Zimmer gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Alles war sehr sauber, wir konnten direkt vor dem Zimmer parken und die Sanitäranlagen sowie die Gemeinschaftsküche waren nicht weit entfernt. An der Einfahrt zum Campingplatz gibt es frischen Kaffee - was will man mehr!"
