„The property sits right near the Mississippi River/Illinois River confluence. There is a nice, paved walking/biking trail right behind the house. From the very large deck, we had a pretty view at all times. The are restaurants all along the streets of Grafton. Our host was most accommodating and responsive to our questions and feedback. We had a fun stay.. . “

„The home was beautiful and very spacious. The location is prefect steps away all of downtown. The mattress and all linens were very comfy.It was obvious that this is the first time the home was being rented out as the home lacked a lot of things you expect in a rental. Our group was four people but the entire home only had 3 washcloths. The home needs more bath towels and wash clothes. There is no cutting boards or scissors in the kitchen. „This place is super cute. It’s really clean and neat. The house is really cool!We enjoyed our stay.Only thing that we didn’t like it’s no coffee machine or an any way to make a coffee. And maybe a small outdoor bbq would be great. Thank you!“

„This place was absolutely amazing!! Gorgeous on the inside and out! Great communication with the owners as well. It was so nice to stay here and be away from the city and just take all the beautiful views in and listen to the birds chirping while drinking coffee then wine. :) The ferry’s were fun to take and it was easy to get to Grafton or even to the big city if you needed to. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely stay again. “

„The home was so clean, lovely, cozy and had everything we could have needed and more. My kids, wife and I had plenty of space to unwind and spread out comfortablely. We wished we could have stayed longer than the one night but we will definitely stay again when we visit our family who live the area. Highly recommend. “

„We loved our stay here! The house was clean and furnished nicely and has a great deck. The wi-fi worked very good and they had a nice smart TV, so we were able to watch our shows. While it is pretty close to the road, it is strangely really feels to itself. There are two restaurants incredibly close to the cabin, but pretty much most of the restaurants are with about 30-45 walk, we ate at four of them and all were good. „Very nice and cozy cabin in the middle of a cornfield. This place is close to town but completely isolated. We sat on the front porch and enjoyed our morning coffee in almost complete silence. Not sure if this is the place for everyone, but it was perfect for us.“

„This was my 2nd time staying here and it won't be the last! Amazing Property and very clean! Lots to do outside and a short way to downtown Grafton. We enjoyed celebrating a friend's retirement. “

The downside was that each night we came home to the house smelling of sewage. It was an intense odor as you hit the door and a musty smell to follow. „This property was a great location for our plans for the weekend. We had a few issues due to the listing being incorrect or misleading. The biggest issue was that the listing says there are 3 bathrooms in multiple places on the listing. It definitely only has 2. Since it sleeps 12, that felt very much like a bait and switch.
