„I arrived to a freezing cold apartment, windows left wide open and due to being short could not reach over the counter tops to close them, then when I went to use the bathroom found dirty towels in the cupboard under the sink that had blood on, tv did not work, no channels so could not use any of the apps as tv would not connect to the internet which none of my devices could, the internet code and password couldn't even be found, the steps to get to the bedroom would have been fine apart from ...

„First of all I don't think the pictures do the place justice - it's so lovely and so much space. There was 18 adults for a 2 night stay and we felt like we had plenty of space and everyone commented on how nice it was and how comfortable their stay was. The decor is lovely and fresh, the bathrooms are gorgeous, and beds comfy. Communication with hosts was great and prompt, check in easy and we had everything we needed. Thanks for a lovely stay!“

„We came together from the US, Scotland and England for celebrating our son's engagement. Loved being able to interact & relax in the same space instead of individual hotel rooms. Only 20 mins away from venue for the engagement. Plenty of room so we could have privacy when needed and enough bathrooms for 12 of us. Definitely recommend.“

"The wedding of my daughter was there und we also had our rooms there. The hotel is very nice, the rooms were beautiful and clean, the staff is polite and helpful and the food in the pub was yummy. The food and staff at the wedding was amazing and this all made us an unforgettable stay. "

"Im ersten Zimmer funktionierte die Lüftung nicht. Im zweiten Zimmer (in welches ich nach längerer Diskussion mit der einzigen unfreundlichen Dame wechseln durfte) kam kein warmes Wasser aus der Dusche. Der Duschbereich im hauseigenen Schwimmbad war fürchterlich dreckig und schon ekelig. Wirklich schade für ein eigentlich gutes Hotel mit netter Bar und praktischer und ruhiger Lage zur NEC."
