„I booked a 2-bed apartment for a couple of days for my family, the apartment was very well furnished, extremely clean with a modern full kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned and refreshed every day. „We were in the middle of moving house and booked this apartment nearby while in transition. It lived up to its name. It was a great haven. „We needed a space near us for friends to stay. The apartment was well located, large, well supplied and served all our needs perfectly. Plenty of storage if traveling with lots of luggage. Has an elevator. Everything was very comfortable and everything worked. There is a small grocer just a few doors down. Youssef took good care of us. We would highly recommend. 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so it worked well for many different set ups. “

"Sehr sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr motiviert und das sah man in den Details bei der Interaktion mit uns. Der Concierge Service sehr aufmerksam und korrigierte ein Missverständnis unverzüglich. Beim Frühstück sehr grosse Auswahl und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Libanesische Küche ist sehr zu empfehlen. Auch der kleine Happen im Loungebereich. Der Pool ein Traum. Der einzige Nachteil ist , dass durch die Strasse befingt es sehr laut ist. Gerne wieder. "

"This hotel has great value for money. I was very well greeted upon arrival by a Desk Manager (Mr. Ibrahim) who was always making sure that I'm having a comfortable stay. The room, which is standard, overlooked a beautiful garden with high Palm trees. The housekeeping was v. good (especially Mr. Samir). The food is OK. The hotel is a bit far from Heliopolis center. Nonetheless, Uber service is available w/o a problem. Overall, I liked the hotel and intend to visit again."

"Eine sehr gute Unterkunft liegt zentral in Heliopolis. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten beziehungsweise Restaurants und Geschäfte für die Sauberkeit beziehungsweise Personal. Sehr fleißig und sehr freundlich. Am wichtigsten werde ich die Heba von Haus Keeping in der fünfte Etage eine sehr sehr freundliche und fleißige Frau noch mal vielen Dank das war eine gute und schöne Erlebnis. "

"Stuff is lovely and great, especially the concierges / taxi service are amazing and foresighted. Cleaning service is polite, communicative, especially Amal Z., Aly Abdel M., Islam M.. Swimmingpool is fine, and the view to Zamalek is so pleasant. Step by step the splendor of days gone by must be refreshed. Hilton will perform I hope. After years in the Marriott I’ll choose this hotel in future."
