„Our stay was just what we hoped it would be. We enjoyed just relaxing as we watched the deer and turkeys come eat the corn we put out for them. We kayaked the Santa Fe river from behind the home to the mouth of the ichetucknee river and swam in the crystal clear spring waters. The cottage is located where you can easily access either the Santa Fe, Ichetucknee, or Suwannee rivers. We will definitely be returning.“

„We would have gone to more springs in the area but we were just so damb happy to sit on the dock and watch the river go by. Great place, great location. Coming back soon!“

„This was our second time staying at Melissa’s place and it was just was wonderful this time as it was last time! The house is clean and has all the items you need to enjoy your stay (all kitchen items possible, floats, plenty of towels, etc.) Looking forward to our next trip there!“

„Absolutely wonderful, peaceful place to stay right on the Ichetucknee with all its wildlife and pristine beauty. Property was clean, well equipped, and spacious. Loved taking long morning walks along the sandy roads through the neighborhood, swimming in the cool clear water, watching the fish and spotting ibis, herons, woodpeckers and hawks right from our deck. Kid caught little minnows in the fish trap during the day and toads after dark (we released both). We will be back as soon as we can! “

„The property is beautiful and right on the water. There was a grill and hang out spot under the house to keep us dry when it rained and a fire pit out back for when it wasn’t. Super close to several gas stations and a dollar store. In between numerous springs, we chose Ginnie Springs. We love having our own spaces still when we vacation so having a whole house was awesome! The owner was very helpful and easy to contact throughout our entire stay. We had a great time and will be back!“

„The listing was exactly as depicted. Host was communicative. Furnishings were comfortable. The only constructive criticism I would like to offer is that (1) we were 3 adult women, and only provided 3 towels and washcloths for 3 nights. We had to wash the towels to be able to continue using them. (2) there were only 3 total garbage bags for the small trash can in the kitchen. We cooked each day and filled them up daily. We had to buy more. (3) there was a dish sponge and dawn dishwashing ...

„The place was very nice and clean. It had all the supplies that we would need for our stay. The beds were wonderful. I had no issues falling asleep. The property was also very quiet. I only have one negative and it is not about the townhouse. The pool was clean and felt great I was just disappointed that there were not any chairs so you could lay out. I don't know if that was mentioned in the information or not. We had to go and buy items to lay on.“

„This place was awesome. The view, the cleanliness and the location. We were 11 minutes from Ginnie Springs, 8 mins from Fort White and 15 mins from High Springs. This is great for couples that want to get away from the city life for awhile. Will totally recommend to someone else about this place. “

„Beautiful place with a cool vibe crystals everywhere. My 2 cats and I stayed in the cat room. Yard and porches were amazing. Saw deer at any time of day whole families with fawns. The owner supplied food for them and answered any questions I had immediately. Very nice furniture indoors and out. I brought way too much stuff they had everything there I needed now I know for the next time. Same time next year had so much fun at the springs“

"Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Check out bis 11 Uhr, Frühstück offiziell bis 9 Uhr, wurde aber nicht vor 10 abgeräumt. Kühlschrank und Lüftung recht laut für unsere Ohren. Achtung: 3 Stockwerke, kein Aufzug. Sehr sauberer Pool! Insgesamt: Empfehlenswert und den Preis Wert."

"Sehr starke Feuchtigkeitsbildung im Zimmer. Weder lüften noch Klimaanlage haben geholfen. Am nächsten Tag waren die Klamotten total feucht. Das Badezimmer hat auch komisch feucht gerochen. Personal war Top. Frühstück gute Auswahl."

"The stuff was super friendly and helpful even though they had their hands full because of the IT issue everyone affected in the middle of July. But the rooms definitely need an update. The bathroom didn’t look nice at all (rusty and all used up) and the carpet felt old and sticky. They also had a microwave in the lobby which needs a deep clean. "
