„Lots of fun games, which was SO important since it drizzled/rained the whole time. No one can control the weather, but for a star gazing trip it couldn't have been worse. The house was comfortable, quiet, serene and well equipped. The only down side were the two staircases with extremely narrow steps. Otherwise this was a 5! Thanks so much, Josh!“

Wanted to hike the trails, but my dog wasn’t a fan of of the deeper snow, despite his long legs. Having stayed here in the summer, I know the woods and trails would have been beautiful. “

„My husband and three young adult children were so happy staying here. It exceeded our expectations. The cabin was perfect. The town of Hornell was very quaint with coffee shops and a great Wegmans and Walmart and more! We slept well and had everything we needed. We went to Letchworth state park and Rochester on Lake Ontario. Beautiful area! We hope to return again. “

„Fantastic property, we had an amazing stay. The whole place was very clean and well decorated. The atmosphere inside was so cozy and quant but was very up to date with very fast wifi and lots of light fixtures, outlets, and USB plugs. During our stay it was a little chilly, so we didn't get to utilize all of the outdoor seating areas but they were very nice, clean and with plenty of chairs.
