„We mainly used the house as a sleeping spot. We had a remembrance for my late wife in the area and had to set that up at a park south of Rochester. We have a lot of family in the area and had to visit with them, so we didn't really hang out in the house much during the day. The keurig was a nice accessory. We could have used more towels. There were 4 of us and only 3 towels.Having access to a washer/dryer was nice.“

„This home was very lovely with plenty of room for everyone. We were greeted with fresh baked cookies and a snack basket. The house was pet friendly with a fenced in back yard. Private beach access across the street to enjoy the sunsets. The host was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend. If you are ever in Rochester with a group, check this place out. “

„Accurate description of the property. Super quiet with all of the comforts of home. Highly recommend for those parents who are coming for college graduations and will be staying for more than 1 or 2 nights in the area. Thank you!“

„We stayed here to visit our son while he still had obligations around the Eastman School. The place was clean and everything worked (the clothes washer was bit iffy). There were good running trails nearby and we loved seeing the goslings and other animals on the water. “

„We were very surprised about the house, how big it is. There were enough places to sleep and it was also a very quiet location, as you would expect from country life. The communication with the landlord received a grade of 1++. The response was very quick and polite. The evening fire at the fireplace on the property (of course only with the landlord's permission) was also a very great and relaxing experience, the marshmellos were delicious. „The lake was beautiful, and the neighbors were so kind and hospitable. The house was a little different than the photos online and wasn't as clean as I would have hoped. We still had a great time! The deck was very nice (note: you do have to cross the road to get to the waterfront). Overall, good stay for the price. “
