„The staff was very kind and helpful, but we expected to have a baby crib in the room as was request and confirmed while room was reserved. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. The place is in great location, very close to the main street and the restaurants. “

„We had a late check-in in the house. The host met us according to our arrival schedule. However, the cleaning was not done in the house. Very dirty place. The house is surrounded by construction so very noisy starting from 7.30am. The garden can’t be used because on the hand of the dust from the construction and on the other hand because it is directly on a street crossed all day by trucks. We really had an awful stay in this house and do not recommend“

„Schöne, neuer Location. Leider haben sich bei uns diverse Kleinigkeiten angehäuft, was den Aufenthalt stark verschlechtert hat. So zum Beispiel: - falsche Hauszuteilung bei Ankunft. Nach Reklamation durften wir umziehen - Reinigung lässt mehr als zu wünschen übrig (siehe Bilder), weisse Socken tragen nicht empfohlen 😬 - Wifi die halbe Zeit nicht verfügbar. Wenns lief, dann so langsam, dass nicht mal Whatsapp funktionierte. - Vorhänge verdunkeln viel zu wenig. Nervig bei Sonnenaufgang um 5:20 ...

Hosts couldn't have been more helpful and communication was great. The pool is superb and air con better than most making it a more comfortable stay. Absolutely beautifull environment with plenty of things to do (rafting, zip line, lakes, walks,...).“

„Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber und hat eine gute Raumaufteilung. Das Haus liegt gut, um Ausflüge in den Nationalpark zu machen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf unsere Fragen und Anliegen reagierte er immer schnell. Wir fühlten uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl.“

„Nous avons passé un super séjour. L'appartement est très bien placé (5 minutes en voiture du centre ville), propre, spacieux avec de belles terrasses et une vue magnifique. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et arrangeants (même s'ils ne parlent pas du tout anglais). A savoir : c'est un chalet partagé, ce qui n'est pas précisé sur l'annonce mais ne nous a pas dit tout gêné. Les petits bémols : il manque des choses dans la cuisine (micro -ondes et plus de vaisselle...) et le wifi ne marche ...

„Ilija ist absolut zuvorkommend und nett. Einzige Minuspunkte: Die Zufahrtsstraße ist durch Tagesausflügler zum Schwarzen See zugeparkt. Man kann nicht gleichzeitig duschen und abspülen, weil dafür der Wasserdruck nicht ausreicht.“

"Schönes Hotel, gepflegt, freundliches Personal und an top Lage. Enttäuschend war lediglich das Frühstück. Die Tische schmutzig und übersll nicht abgeräumtes Geschirr, das Buffet schwach und nicht appetitlich. Schade!"
