„My husband, son, and o stayed here for the third time this week. As always, it was clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time outside near the water or inside playing with the games provided. We will be back again!“

„We needed a large property to accommodate 18 adults who were in the area for a local college graduation. We decided to extend the weekend an extra day to enjoy the area. The house was perfect. We were a bit confused about the layout description initially but once we got there, it made sense and it readily accommodated all of us. The open floor plan with a large dining table next to the open kitchen made cooking and dining a breeze. The bedrooms were all spacious enough and the beds were clean ...

„This spacious cottage home has five bedrooms, four of which have room AC. Any kitchen utensil imaginable is provided. The shaded patio with a ceiling fan allows comfortable outdoor dining. The owner is responsive to any questions. We used the kayaks and canoe provided daily. We loved our 3 weeks on the lake!“

„ Very peaceful location. It was a great home base for our stay to visit family. Loved sitting out on the deck. If you want a good workout, do a lap or 2 down to the main road and back up the hill. Hopefully we’ll be back on our next trip!“

„The place is excellent. We had one small hiccup about the dog but all in all everything went well after communicating the issue with the owner of the place. The place itself is very clean, amazing lake views and nice neighbours. It is located right in between Watkins Glen and Geneva. So we had chance to visit both sides of the lake. Highly recommend ! “

„Extremely quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by farmland and close to Seneca lake. One of the beds is a foam mattress to put on the floor. You’ll have to cover the motion detector light if you want to sleep.“
