„The house is absolutely gorgeous! We were all able to get warm showers. The water pressure in the kitchen isn’t great but the bathroom sink is good if you need faster water (I had sippy cups to wash.). The fridge/freezer is small but works great we had 4 days worth of food in there no issues. We had plenty of energy from the solar panels, we left the bathroom light on all night for the kiddos. „An Enchanting Escape into Simpler TimesThis little cabin near Ellicottville is pure magic. It feels as though it was built from the forest itself — every timber, porch post, and antique detail breathing the quiet soul of the surrounding woods. The views of the Appalachian foothills are stunning, and the atmosphere is calm in a way you almost forget exists anymore.The porch is a dream — especially the cushioned wooden swing overlooking the pond. „If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!“

„Great little place to stay when traveling or visiting the area with your puppers!! Everything you need is right there including a great yard for walking the dogs and a 2 mile trail (out and back) only yards away for more exercise. Very comfortable and clean. Only thing I feel obligated to mention is lack of contact with host who we reached out to twice by email and phone and our attempts to get assistance were never responded to.
