„Really nice spot and I thought it was a solid value. We saw some other, incredible houses on Canandaigua lake we wanted to book, everything looked perfect but when we saw the total price at check out, we said no way; way overpriced. But we found THIS place had it all: Enough room, nice interior, great view, nice outdoor space with a dock to park a boat, AND a fair price! Therefore, we will save this spot to check first for another rental.“

„The home was clean and had everything you may need; towels, comfy sheets, games, kitchen wares. The gas fireplace created cozy space to sit, sip on a cup of tea, and watch the day begin. The large front porch, back porch and patio were nice gathering spaces. Best of all, the hosts are responsive and helpful. “

„Beautiful and cozyHome is in a quite peaceful vineyard. Great place to relax and unwind from stressful daily life. New house and beautifully decorated.House has well water. Sulfer smell when running the water was not pleasant. That was the only downfall.“

„Our group of three couples enjoyed our stay very much. The spaciousness of the kitchen-dining and the living rooms are especially pleasant - full of windows, light, and view. Our only suggestion is to be very specific in your listing about the number and steepness of the stairs down to the beach and fire pit. One of our party temporarily has reduced mobility and felt the stairs were too challenging. “

„Spensers place was a great private hideaway, clean well equipped rustic cabin with plenty of room for 5 adults and our dog. We enjoyed the local trails and the convenient location to Dansville and Letchworth park. Kitchen was great for cooking our egg sandwiches each morning. “
