„We were so excited to try this new place. We will not recommend it to anyone. Here were the issues: 1. We never received the email with check-in info. I emailed requesting it, no response. We did not have a number until we arrived and another guest had the owner’s number. 2. VRBO states the site has a hot tub. Nope. 3. „For the price, this place was a really pleasant surprise. Had 6 people and a dog & we had plenty of room. TVs in the bedroom are nice, beds are comfortable, washer and dryer worked. Big fenced backyard very convenient for dog. Plenty of parking if you have multiple vehicles or a trailer. Quiet neighborhood - really close to interstate access for everything. „We came to Lubbock to move my daughter into an apartment for her sophomore year at tech. This house was perfect for that! Plenty of driveway to park the U-Haul and two vehicles, comfy beds and an abundance of little touches that added to this beautiful place. Cutely decorated and cozy. I felt at home immediately! 10 out of 10 recommend!“

„The property was a great fit for the group that we had. The house had great accommodations, bathrooms, beds, etc., along with the porch/covering in the front of the house. The view of the lake and location to the marina was superb as well. Overall, worth every penny.“

„We stayed at this location to celebrate my wife’s doctorate graduation from TTU with family and we had a wonderful stay. The owner was attentive to our needs l, for example, the propane for the grill was out and she delivered a new one within an hour. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our party of 10. Would recommend this location when visiting Lubbock. “

„There were multiple issues with the house: entrance code did not work & we had to call our contact at 10 pm when we arrived, & it was never updated during our stay. The stationary entrance door does not lock properly. Many electrical outlets in the home were not functional, the water control valve in the downstairs shower would not work so we could not use that shower. The AC air filter was filthy and oven cleaner had been sprayed in the oven but never wiped out & cleaned. Overall, this ...

„We wanted a house with a garage so we didn’t have to unload the car for TTU move-in. The house was perfect for what we needed. The only thing that would have made it better was if it were closer to campus, but well worth it to not have to unload and reload for a night.“
