„This is the second time we’ve stayed at the boathouse and we have really enjoyed both times. The best part is the screened in back porch with a beautiful view of sunrises, perfect for enjoying coffee first thing in the morning. Only complaint we have is the TVs. The living room tv was difficult to operate and we couldn’t get the bedroom tv to work at all.“

„We love this place! It was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. We call it our campus cottage, as it has a wonderful cottage feel and it's an easy , quick 7 minute drive to FSU campus where our grandson was attending band camp. Our hosts couldn't have been more thoughtful and kind. We're looking forward to our next visit. Thank you. “

„We had great fun staying in the storm shelter, which was very quiet so you could sleep well and then playing with all the baby goats cats and Toby the dog. Chocolate chip sourdough cookies were delicious and warm out of the oven. “

„What a beautifully appointed boathouse! It exceeded our expectations in every way! Very clean, hosts quickly responded to our questions, and seemed to have thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable and special! Loved the led candles on the screen porch after dark, spacious living room/kitchen and master bedroom, just everything! We highly recommend a stay here!“

„This cabin is in a great location. For fishing in Lake Seminole, you couldn't ask for a better setup. Lots of beautiful property with plenty of oak trees around it. The cabin is spacious and the host, Jill, is friendly and quick to respond to any issues or questions.“

„Overall was good. Thought it had a ramp and didnt so a little disappointed but the ramp is right down the road and the boat lift is awesome really helped having it. It is tiny but could easily fit 3 guys for a long weekend. In a good spot out of the way and great spot on the canal. Definitely coming back!“

„The house was located in nice location that was close to our fishing charters. It felt secluded and very peaceful. The house was very clean and had all the things you would need. I really appreciated the house being dog friendly with the fenced yard. The host was very nice, accessible, and quick to respond. I would stay here again!“
