„The lake views were stunning. Kitchen was reasonably equipped. We enjoyed the large eat-in kitchen. Local hiking was appreciated. Host responded very quickly with generous check in and out times. We were not aware that drinking water would be bottled. Extra blankets would have been appreciated. “

„The unit was beautiful, clean, and well equipped with amenities. Location was convenient, only a few minutes away from the Kingston’s main area. Parking was right by the building but it was tight when all three spots were parked. It was the weekend so the neighbors were also loud.
Check-in was disappointing. The access code provided to me to get the key was invalid as the key was not registered properly when dropped off previously. We called the phone number provided but there was no option to ...

„Host did not send keypad entry code. I sent four messages, through the VRBO app, over the course of 5-6 hours asking for the code with no response. I went to the rental to inquire with another building resident and she also could not reach the host. I had to book a hotel for the night, or drive 4 hours home and miss the second day of my business conference.“

„There is a garage but it had a snowbank plowed in front of it so we could not park in it. There is no hot tub or smart tv as listed. The tv wouldnt even turn on i went and bought an extension cord because nothing in the plug in was working, turned out the plug had no power. Pots and pans are in bad shape. Only had 2 towels for our group. I did message the property and asked about getting additional towels and about the tv but got no response. There was old dried up flowers in vases we had to ...
