„In town for my Sister’s wedding. Stayed here for the weekend. Danny, the host, was easy to communicate with. Place was charming and very comfortable. Beds were comfy as advertised. Downtown Frederick is easily walkable, and hwy 70 was easy to get to to branch out further. Will stay here again if available the next time we are in town.“

„Perfect size cabin. Lovely area. No WiFi on our last night but that could've been because of the weather. Nice fire pit, that was my favorite part of the day once we returned from our wanderings. Very peaceful. We would def come back.“

„Our overall experience was nice and relaxing place to be. However, during the cold months. The second floor was warm enough to sleep, but the first floor was very cold, especially when it gets down to 19 at night when there’s no heat because all the heat travels to the second floor/loft. There was a space heater, but didn’t realize it until after we left. The host was easy to get a hold of through messages. „Loved the cabin. Very convenient to Harpers Ferry and Sheperdstown, both just a short drive away. The cabin was very clean and suited our needs for the short time we were there. Nice little walk down to the Potomac for a great view of the river. We didn't get to use the firepit due to it raining both days we were there. Looking forward to returning sometime in the future. “

„My 2 grandsons & I had a wonderful visit at the Riverkeeper Inn. The Riverfront is beautiful & lots of nature to enjoy. They also liked riding around on the golf cart in the neighborhood checking out the deer & birds. Very peaceful. It was a nice getaway for them being from Texas. “

„Didn’t know what to expect, but regardless I was blown away. The place is VERY well furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay. It was the perfect place to come back home to and relax after a long day. The owner was also amazing, she left a few chocolates and a welcome note. She was also an amazing communicator, I didn’t need too many things, but the things I did need, she accommodated instantly. 10/10, this place is phenomenal “

„Nice quiet place. Nice new deck. Good location. Helpful owners. The only downside was the hot tub water was not clean on arrival. Did not use. Recommend to owner to instruct renters to add cleaning solution upon arrival if that’s what is required for it to be usable. Otherwise, a nice place to stay.“

„I was looking for a dog-friendly place where I could decompress after more than 24 hours of travel with my two energetic dogs and where there was parking and enough room bc I had to add a trailer to my car. I had several questions before I arrived, and the owners were very responsive. Once there, there were a few minor issues, and the owner responded very timely and with solutions. „Easy access to walk to locations and the town. Minutes to Harper's Ferry National Park. Fenced in yard for dogs was a plus. Walking trail to town seconds away. Hot tub was welcomed after hours of hiking/walking. Cool property. “

„The house was fantastic for our family reunion to attend our son's graduation from Gettysburg. It has so many spaces for people to gather, inside and outside, and more than enough beds and bathrooms. It's only 20 minutes or so from Gettysburg, so easy in and easy out. The view is beautiful and serene, with a gorgeous pool and porch area. Communication was great also. Highly recommend.“

„This is a great spot for exploring Gettysburg. It is walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and cafes. It is also a very short drive to the battlefield. It was very cool staying in a building that was original to the Civil War. You are basically staying in the attic because it is up two flights of stairs. We didn’t mind this at all but just a heads up if you struggle with steps. My only complaint is the bedroom with one bed can get very warm if you shut the door. The host does provide a ...

„We had 15 family members and friends staying there for 4 days. It was very comfortable and the kitchen is quite luxurious! Be aware that it's way out in the country, which was exactly what I wanted!Melissa was very responsive to our questions.Only issue we had was that the kitchen wasn't super clean (empty drawers had crumbs, microwave wasn't clean), but not bad enough to complain.“

„Corby was very responsive to our questions and the location was within walking distance to many of the sites. There wasn’t shampoo, soap, or a hair dryer which are listed on the listing, but other than that it was good.“
