1. Cozy 1-bedroom townhome in pleasant Fond du Lac with AC

Fond du Lac

„The “Cozy one bedroom townhome” at Fond du Lac was not as it appeared on the listing. It was tiny. The bathroom was dirty, with a variety of black hair on the floor, indicating it had not been cleaned. It was disgusting. The bed was placed so that the air conditioner had to blast all night on one person’s head. We had to strip our own bed and there were stains on the mattress pad, further contributing to the impression of uncleanliness. When I complained to the owner, he did not even ...

2. Boat or WaveRunner Rentals available next door! Relax or Explore Lake Winnebago!

Fond du Lac

„Excellent stay! We couldn’t be happier with our time at this cottage. We enjoyed using their four complimentary kayaks (they had life jackets and paddles for us), had a fire at night (host supplied free chopped firewood), grilled out burgers on the grill, and rented a pontoon boat and wave runner (Lake Winnebago Boat & WaveRunner Rentals is next door. The host (Brad) who owns this cottage also owns the boat rental place next door). We even did some fishing (there is a bait shop also next door) ...

„My husband and I just had the absolute best stay at this amazing little cottage on the Fond du Lac River! If you are looking for a perfect getaway just down the river from Lake Winnebago, this is absolutely the place to book. The cottage itself is incredibly cute, beautifully decorated, and was spotless when we arrived. The host has thought of everything to make it feel like a home away from home. We spent our days making full use of the kayaks (provided by host at no charge) and fishing right ...

„The character of the house shines through and is lovely to spend time in. The little sun room off the kitchen we ended up in often. There is no dishwasher but washing dishes by hand in the vintage sink is enjoyable. Overall an easy process. The stairs could be tricky for some people (old house small stairs). But we had no issues. The agency that runs the home is quick and responsive and proactive. Overall great and pet friendly is a plus.“

12. Charming 3bedroom - Sleeps 10 - Laundry Available

Fond du Lac

„The pictures are extremely misleading. The place is very dingy. There’s a bedroom downstairs that’s mostly fine, but the sleeping arrangements for the other eight upstairs are a very tight attic without separate rooms. There’s one bathroom and the water pressure is subpar. The outside of the building is pretty rundown. Everything worked. And communication was good. Great parking behind the unit. The AC worked fine.“

13. Brand new Modern, 6 bedroom waterfront home on a beautiful Long Lake.

Campbellsport

„We had a great time at this property. The house was clean, spacious, well organized and the lake was beautiful. I am a new wheelchair user and this was my first vacation in two years so I was initially disappointed that there was a step down from the house to the large deck. My brother-in-law ended up driving back home to pick up a portable ramp that I use when I visit his house. That worked really well so if you are a wheelchair use be advised to bring or rent a ramp ahead of time if you want ...

„Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive & communicative. When the boat lift wasn't working at check-in, someone repaired it within hours, even on a holiday weekend. The sunsets are phenomenal, the primary suite is spacious, and having the garage, washer/dryer, hot tub, and water toys was a nice bonus. The shallow, sandy lake is great for wading, and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and entertainment nearby by boat.I'm writing this review to help future guests know what to ...
