„We loved everything about this place! The view of the lake was stunning, and the house was spotless with beautiful, modern finishes—nothing felt cheap or overlooked. You can tell a lot of thought went into it. The host was super responsive and made everything easy. Easily the best rental we’ve stayed at in the area. We’ll definitely be coming back!“

„We celebrated New Year’s Eve and had our family’s Christmas celebration at this facility for the second consecutive year. The host lives next door and was quick to respond to our questions but gave us the privacy we desired. The quaint downstairs area features an old fashioned kitchen, seating area with a gas fireplace, large dining area, private bedroom and a bathroom. The upstairs loft includes a large open sleeping area, game room and living room where the siblings all stayed. “

„Our daughter’s wedding was in Waverly. This house was perfect for us and our kids and their spouses and littles. Great location, spacious and beautiful home. “

„Beautiful home and amenities. Communication with the owners was great! We even forgot a game and they are mailing it back to us. The house is amazing with so much to do. If you aren't in the water at the pool or out on the water on the lake, there is plenty to do at the house and plenty of space to do it. We used this as more of a Staycation since some of my family had newborns. It was a great get together and the House provided plenty of space for all of us.“

„Two couples on our 70's stayed for two nights in June. Communication was great, .with Diana andwering all of our detailed questions. Checkin was easy. The facility and setting was as described: clean, very well supplied and charming. Our favorite feature was the shaded patio overlooking the Shell Rock river. The deck above was not as impressive. A steakhouse and pub are witin easy walking distance. A walking path along the river leads to a nice park and war memorial. Some of us attended water ...

„Well stocked with necessary items and plenty of towels. Really nice to supply little details to make it more convenient. Little fire pit was really great. Convenient to walk downtown or to the lake which we did every day. Description was exactly what it was and Beau was great with communication. We had no problems with anything there. Thanks!“

„Stayed here for the local triathlon and the location/proximity to City Park, Beach, splash pad, playgrounds, restaurants and cafe was all perfect (3 min walk). This was a carriage house behind the main property which also appeared to be vacation rentals. Very quiet and I appreciated that the house had blackout curtains (a detail that seems to be hard to find in vacation rentals). Loved the check-in/security lock on the door – very easy to use.
