„What a great spot to stay in Clear Lake! Everything was perfect for our group of five couples who were in town for a concert at The Surf. We had plenty of space and the house was clean and very nicely done. We had everything we needed and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Great spot for any group to stay. „A nice place for us to stop on our way through town and for our first time in Clear Lake. Some lamps would be a nice addition, especially in the bedrooms. There are some tricky stairs that less sure-footed guests should be aware of.“

„We had a really nice time staying at Swordfish Dog Retreat. The house was clean, well appointed, and wonderfully decorated. It is within walking distance to the downtown and the lake. The lower level was stocked with everything you need to make your dog comfy and the fenced in yard was great too! Mike and Abby were easy to contact about check in and anything else we needed. We hope to stay again in the near future. “

„We had the BEST time staying here! The location was perfect!! Just a few minutes walk to the beach, room for our ENTIRE family, games to play, enough space for privacy & cozy spaces for everyone to gather comfortably. The kitchen had everything you could need & with another kitchen space below we had more than enough room to prepare for our Grandmas 90th birthday celebration! Photos don’t do this home justice. „Beautiful little house in Waverly, right down the street from Waverly's businesses and dining options. Convenient parking in the driveway and a fenced in yard. Stairs to the second floor are a little steep, so be sure to hold the railing!“
