„The rental was amazing, spacious for what I was looking for, and overall very well furnished. The stay was for my niece's wedding where myself and my folks (grandparents to the bride 78 and 81) couldn't have been more happy with how nice and comfortable the rental was. Although there were many steps, my mother with 2 knee replacements and a shoulder replacement felt the stairs were wide and how nice the railing was to help here climb the steps. „Great customer service and kind compassionate staff is so rare these days and if that’s what you want Stay APT SUITES CORDOVA is your place! I’m disabled and although I’m not a fan of roll in showers (my fault bc I booked it and didn’t request a change) the on site management went above and beyond to ensure i was taken care of. This is also a clean and secure/safe property. I highly recommend it. They did allow me to use broom during business hours but You will need to bring cleaning supplies ...

„Our family of 10 adults had plenty of space. All bedrooms were big. We had ample bathrooms. All appliances were new. The general consensus of the group is the property was very good. However the rugs need to be removed or glued down. They did present a tripping hazard. The footsteps from the upstairs can be heard downstairs. We would stay here again. “

„The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Nice, clean, soft sheets, and comfy beds. Welcoming hosts that are very thoughtful with their provisions. It is like you truly are guests in their home. Their description is very honest. We visit Memphis at least 3 times per year. We are pretty familiar with Memphis. We have stayed in hotels all over the city. (Some of them only once). If it's available, we wouldn't hesitate booking another stay here. “

„We absolutely loved this house! The property is located on a quiet safe cul de sac and is close to all of the fun activities that Memphis offers. The rooms are decorated in fun themes. My daughter was crazy about the Elvis jungle bedroom and we enjoyed the BB King master. The family also liked the spacious hot tub, arcade game and foosball game. We got addicted to Foosball and spent our last night having a tournament. Your house was a lot of fun! Thank you!“

"Würden wir NIE mehr buchen. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir als erstes den Handtüchern hunterher rennen, da pro Zimmer lediglich eines verteilt wurde (trotz Familienbuchung) und am nächsten Tag wollten wir die Handtücher via Zimmerservice austauschen lassen und haben sie daher auf den Fussboden gelegt. Als wir am Abend ins Hotel zurückgekehrten, gab es in beiden unserer Zimmer GAR KEINE Tücher mehr und als wir dies an der Rezeption mitteilten, hiess es bloss, heute kämen keine neuen Tücher, wir müssen selber schauen?!?! Giengen dann halt gezwungenermassen ungeduscht ins Bett und am nächsten Tag auch so zum Flughafen!!! Der versprochene Manager war bei der Abreise auch nicht da (wurden angelogen) und preislich war da auch nichts zu machen teilte uns die ebenfalls „sehr hilfsbereite“ Arbeitskollegin mit…. NIE WIEDER!"
