„Property was clean and easily accessible! Our host brought us cookies and asked if there was anything he could do for us. The house had everything we needed and the neighborhood was quiet. There was a nice little area outside for a fire! Would most definitely recommend a stay here!“

„Our Washington experience was enriched by staying in a residential neighborhood that dates to the 1800s The neighbors were friendly. The house had been redone in the last couple of years, with new bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances, flooring, very clean. We could walk to the Safeway, trolley stop, nearby restaurant. Most of the time there were five of us, and we enjoyed sitting out on the front porch for drinks and snacks. “

„Very nice host! Close to the Metro and RFK Field. The host was very responsive to our inquiries and provided lots of useful information. I will say this house sleeps more of 8 if you have all adults but for us that was a minor thing as most of us weren’t there at the same time so it worked great! We plan to come back to DC next year and this definitely is going to be our first choice! Parking was no problem and plenty of it great location! “

„This property was as advertised - fabulous location for sightseeing. Metro a block away, Safeway a block away too. We are five college friends in our early 70’s and this property worked well for us. The communication with the property owner was consistently excellent, Alec is very responsive and helpful. Beds were nice and firm. Kitchen worked well for our needs. „Nice house in a vibrant neighborhood. Very close to the national mall. NoMa metro station was a 30 min walk, not bad in the mornings. Bikes, scooters, and vsrious ride shares are convenient to this location. One train change and you can be at the Smithsonian stop in about 20 min. „Great place to stay for our visit to DC. The house was comfortable and clean with everything we needed. It’s located a simple 15-20 min walk from the No-Ma Gallaudet metro station and also near Union station. Trader Joe’s was a 10-15 min walk away, which made picking up some groceries easy.Owners were helpful and quick to respond before our stay and during our stay.It was a great stay! “

"Dies war mein 2. Aufenthalt in einem citizenM und ich habe es auch diesmal sehr genossen obwohl man ja eigentlich nur den ganzen Tag auf Tour ist. Alles super komfortabel und was man braucht vorhanden. Die Lage ist super um die Stadt zu erobern. Eine Metro St. ist wenige Minuten entfernt. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten kann ma gut zu Fuß erreichen. Ich für meinen Teil würde hier wieder einchecken. "

"Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit tollem Personal (besonders Salomon und seine Kollegen vom Valet-Parking!) und unser Zimmer war sehr schön! Die nächste Metrostation ist gleich um die Ecke und die dort fahrende rote Linie bringt einen direkt nach Doentown. Toll ist aich, dass sich direkt neben dem Hotel ein Biergarten namens "Wundergarten" befindet. Sehr leckeres Bier! Achtung bei dem Supermarkt an der Ecke, der hat zumeist Apothekerpreise... Das Hilton Garden Inn Washington D.C. Capitol kann man auf jeden Fall gerne nehmen!"

"The best place to stay in D.C.. Have been staying there for business travel or vacation for the past 20 years and will come again. Cozy clean rooms, extremely friendly and helpful staff and a location you can‘t beat, right between Downtown and Georgetown, and the Metro just steps away. Love this Place!"
