„We were delighted when we entered the home. Spacious, immaculate, lovely views of the marinas, well equipped with everything we could have wanted and more. It is well located, easy to find when you enter Exmouth and close to the town centre. “

„We were 5 adults - 2 couples and my adult son. With 4 bedrooms and 2 living areas there was plenty of room, as well as a large deck outside.The kitchen was extremely well equipped and also included an outside BBQ.It was hot while we were there but the aircon worked very well. The house has a pool which we enjoyed every day, as well as a jetty. Whilst we didn't have a boat, my son loved the fishing off the jetty and did catch fish. „The house was a great size for all of us. Stairs were the only worry for little ones but was great there was a baby gate. Amazing view entertaining area and swimming pool. Lots of bathrooms which came in handy too! “

„House is well set out and comfortable. Some of the cleaning could be more thorough... dirty dishes left in theatre, coffee machine mouldy milk underneath and excessive dirt under beds. Pool needed to be cleaned thoroughly despite pool man visiting twice“

„Had a great holiday. Location was great and so too the presentation of the villa. Outside steps were a bit dubious (I was too scared to walk in the middle of them as I’m sure they’re due to break soon!) and a light by the bbq would be helpful. No ironing board present (but barely needed it anyway. ) Otherwise was great - would highly recommend it. Would love to be able to come back another time! Thank you ever so much.“
