„We had a wonderful 2 weeks stay at Floyd’s place. The place is just as described. A nice place to relax away from noise and traffic. Big and spacious with a nice balcony facing the wind. Gated community, Security cameras, monitor, and locked gates. It has a/c in some rooms but Floyd is about to upgrade a/c throughout the house. „Property is clean, inside and outside and very secured .It is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping areas. Will stay there again if I ever visit Georgetown again.“

„The apartment had many issues. Electric went off. Found out it had a meter you had to buy credit for. One towel that was dirty.
