Conventionally located close to restaurants and for local shopping. I highly recommend the stay. Owners where very nuce and respond quickly to any questions. “

„We spent a night at this cozy cottage in Brewton, AL and it was great. It was clean, obviously well-kept, everything worked, and it was comfortable. The location is great, sort of wooded but right outside town, we walked to dinner. Grounds are also clean, with a stocked fire pit. The 'outdoor kitchen' by the firepit was a nice addition. WIFI, AC, and all the utilities worked perfectly. This was an enjoyable experience and I would certainly stay again. “

„This is a great cozy and comfortable studio to stay at if you are traveling,headed to the big city. Location is a small country town and for the price its worth it and at the same time its beautiful. The host Jennifer very sweet and inviting, I would definitely come back. “

„This is what it is advertised. Was very quaint on the inside and comfy. Close to everything. Great price and David is wonderful and communicative. Will stay again for sure. Was a little nervous when i read reviews after i booked it, but they dont hold any water from what i saw.“

„Great property, clean, great for the pups to run and play outside. Convenient to Brewton AL and Pensacola, FL.Kitchen had everything you would need to cook.One of the few VRBO that I have stayed in that had good fluffy towels and plenty of them. Very peaceful and pretty view. Definately would stay again.“

„We were late planning this trip and didn’t think we’d find anything good. We took a chance on this home and are so happy we did. It felt like a safe, quiet retreat. It is a little tucked away but just enough to avoid the noise, still close enough to the beach for day trips. Everything was clean, easy to use, and well-stocked. Will definitely stay again!“

„We rented this VRBO to visit family in Crestview at Christmas. Property manager was extremely responsive. House was clean and recently renovated. Quiet location. A new subdivision is just being started across the street, and provides plenty of dog and human walking space. Fenced in backyard was really nice because we didn't have to worry about dog bolting.“

„The home is very nice, new construction, clean, all basic nessecities are provided. I did not notice in the listing that there is not a washer or dryer available for guests to use. The only other issue was no closet for guests to use in the primary bedroom. The owners are gracious, helpful and very responsive if you need anything. “
