„What an incredible property! Paul was quick to respond to any questions we had. Fishing was great, house was wonderful, and we fully intend to make this a regular trip for our family. House has everything you need from dishes to smoker to spices and more. Boat ramp is a little sketchy if there is rain (not paved so gets muddy) but overall everything exceeded our expectations which were pretty high based on other reviews. Can’t wait to go back!“

„This property is cozy and inviting. It has a great view of Fall River. Three friends came to relax and enjoy one another’s company. This home was perfect for that. The owners also came to the rescue during a bad storm when all the power went out! That was definitely above and beyond!“

„We loved this place. The house was really sweet and the town was precious. We walked to the cafe for lunch and enjoyed watching kids ride their bikes around town. Winfield is 30 minutes away and is beautiful. “

„The little cabin was great for my wife & I. It was spacious enough we could hang inside or access the back deck & lawn area near the lakeside. We cruised around the lake on the gravel roads & we enjoyed the peacful country side. Not much traffic & everyone we ran into was kind & courteous.“

„My family had an amazing time here. We caught a ton of fish, and when it got too hot we could swim in the lake. The natural spring cooled water was a hit. Cabin was very nice and well set up, the beds were comfortable, and most importantly it was very clean. We are already planning our return trip. Thanks!“

„It was cute and it satisfied the need for a room without having to stay at a hotel. The couch was visibly dirty from maybe a dog with dirty feet. I’m sure it was just an oversight by the cleaner after the last guest. There is also a water leak from the shower into the living area. From the looks of the place these issues will be remedied before the next guest. It is a very quiet and tiny town. “
