„Sehr schöne, saubere kleine Wohnung in einer gemütlichen nicht erdrückenden Anlage. Leider keine Spülmaschine und wenig Geschirr. Ansonsten sehr gute Ausstattung. Vermieter sehr nett, Kommunikation super! Nettes Cafe mit wlan in der Anlage. 3 Minuten zum Meer, Seaview ist ein toller Ort. Radwege wenige, jedoch ist Radfahren gut möglich.“

„It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay. Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. “

„The boat had been moved to a new location which I was unaware of, but when I contacted the Team, Steve was so helpful, answering any queries I had, nothing was any trouble. Steve explained the boat was moved to a better location, which I was, quieter and much more scenic, it was beautiful! Thankyou. I dropped off a few bits to Matt in the morning and he had kindly put up the small birthday banner, got the cake ready and the champagne was on ice ready for our arrival. „property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water ...

„Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. "Gutes Hotel mit sauberen, großen Zimmern. Nur war unser Zimmer vor Ankunft so stark runtergekühlt, das wir erstmal heizen mussten - das ist unnötig. Außerdem ist das Frühstück sehr teuer für die Auswahl. "

"Gut gelegenes Hotel im Norden von Southhampton, hervorragend geeignet für Ausflüge nach Winchester, Salisbury und Stonehenge. Das Hotel gibt sich sehr familienfreundlich, was dazu führt, dass zu jeder Zeit lärmende Kinder und ihre überforderten Eltern schreiend über den Flur laufen. Das gleiche gilt für den Frühstücksraum, wo dieselben Kinder anscheinend Narrenfreiheit geniessen. Ansonsten ein angenehmes Hotel..."

"Der Pool wird auch von Nicht-Hotel-Gästen genutzt. Die Garderoben und Duschen sind in einem unterirdischen Zustand. Das Frühstück ist gut. Die Hotelzimmer waren in einem guten, wenn auch teilweise stark gebrauchtem Zustand. Bäder sauber und teilweise neu renoviert. Die Lage des Hotels ist spitze."
