„We came here to Lake Providence, LA to celebrate the life of our Mother, Carrie King Williams(Madear). Her parents were William & Queenie King.This was her hometown. I remember riding in her car as a child coming to visit my grandparents and seeing this home across from the lake over 50 years ago. She grew up and graduated from Lake Providence H.S. "Madear" was 96 years young and this setting brought everything full circle. Everyone near and far enjoyed the stay. Thank you Cassie for anwsering ...

„This property is well equipped and nicely located. I did have a small issue. However, Syble the host was very responsive and accommodating. She more than made up for the up for the minor issue. I would definitely recommend this location and Syble as a host. I look forward to my next trip home. I will definitely book with Syble in the future.“

„Are stay was very enjoyable. I did not give completely five stars because the furniture, sofas, in the cabin were not comfortable to sit in at all. And there was black mold on the patio floors out front. Would I Stay again? Absolutely I would! Thank you for allowing us to keep our service dog with us ❤️ “

„Great views; easily accessible to downtown shopping, restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this property. The bed was comfortable, and the tubs and showers were great. All kitchen amenities were available. there are 2 flights of stairs to climb with luggage just FYI.“

„It was a great stay in a nice RV park with extremely easy access to Eagle Lake. I didn’t realize it was a camper (my fault), but it was very nice and peaceful. Overall, I really enjoyed the trip and the scenery was fantastic.“

„Posting so that anyone looking to rent this camper is aware. Camper is not as advertised in the photos. HOT- A/C does not meet the needs of this camper. Rotten floors, no TV, no internet, awning torn up. Your neighbor will park vehicles at the front door. Do NOT book for a nice get away. Go elsewhere. “

„My mother loves to fish and hadnt been since my daddy passed away in 2019. So we planned this family mini vacay and a great time was had by all. The little cabin was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for everyone but tiny enough for us to have to spend time together. Alot of memories made this week. “

„So... we had booked a trip with a different post. VRBO map and host confirmed ample parking for a boat, 3 trucks, and a VW. No such luck. My VW would not even fit. We were there for the MRM tournament and were stranded. Daphne helped us not even knowing who we were. The place was gorgeous, quiet, and we felt safe there with all the equipment on the boat. The home was perfect for us, ample parking, and a perfect boat charging area. There is a lovely store nearby that sells the essentials ...

„We enjoyed our stay at Rachel's Place. The house is spacious and the porch was great for hanging out. The beds were comfortable and we had what we needed. There was even a gas grill outside on the porch for us to use. We did not fish on Eagle lake, we were actually in the area fishing the Mississippi river. So it was a bit of a drive into town, but we didn't mind that. Everyone we met was extremely nice and responsive during our stay.“

„The location of the rooms give a great view of the lake. Rooms are super clean! Great for a fishing trip with the family. Wish I would have brought my fishing pole.“
