„We just spent a boys weekend here and it couldn’t have been better. The cottage is spacious, super clean, and really well equipped. The view of Lake Simcoe from the patio is unreal, especially at sunset. We made full use of the sauna and the BBQ got a lot of use too. The bedrooms were comfortable and everyone had more than enough space. Loved the big dining area and the open kitchen, perfect for group meals. Also appreciated how fast the Wi-Fi was and how much parking there was for five cars. ...

„Location is great but not at all maintained property!Jacuzzi was not working, one of the washroom had no water flow for a day! Poor wifi and expect delay or no response from the host. Not recommended for sure!“

„This was a lovely quiet place to stay for a couple nights while in town with my dogs. It's so close to so many things including lots of green space. Raj was very accommodating and easily communicates via texting. There is no TV which I didn't mind but others may want to be aware of. It has all the basic amenities you need and the private fenced in backyard is a great touch.“

„Spent one night in Port Perry to go to car show. Arrived night before and walked around town as suggested by Lynn our host and enjoyed the beautiful old homes and marina. Had an amazing dinner at Jesters and next day had a fantastic breakfast at the Inn. Excellent host, lovely little dog Teddie. Felt like home. Could not have asked for better stay. “

„Lovely area and very large, bright space. Mostly well equipped. Lots of room and great closet space. Glass doors on entry door and shower doors were quite dirty. No information about what to do with towels, garbage and recycling when leaving. Main thing to improve is a motion detcction light on the stairs going down the hill to the door at the back of the property. Very difficult to see the steps and very easy to trip at night. I came back after dark both nights and could have easily tripped. ...

„Very comfortable arrangement, host is extremely nice and helpful. During the summer months it may get a little hot since there is no ac, but there are multiple fans provided. The water was extremely clear and easy access, with some provided pool floats.Very beautiful and worth the money, highly recommend!“
