„The check in was super easy. It is a nice house in a great location. There were a few things different from any stays I've had before: food in the fridge and cupboards, a full dish of pet food in the middle of the kitchen floor, empty beer can in the sink, the upstairs was blocked off but the lights were on and a window was open (which was odd to come back to at night), no binder with info inclucing wifi password, if we needed to strip beds, etc. One bathroom was very dirty and I had to clean ...

„We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean, in a fairly good area of town (downtown Jacksonville) and close to the base where our son is stationed. Only one tv in the house in the den and none in the bedrooms which might be a problem for some, especially if you're used to watching tv in bed. Also, property is listed as pet/dog friendly but host expects you to leave pets outdoors and not in the house. Backyard fence is not secure if you have a larger dog or an "escape artist" ...

„My family and I loved this property! The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful! The private beach area was convenient and perfect! We had everything we needed to have a great spring break getaway! I always try to find properties where we can return to time and time again and this one met my expectations perfectly! We will most definitely be back! “

„Absolutely perfect! I don’t have 1 negative thing to say. Everything looks identical to the pictures. Melinda was great at communication. I even locked ourselves out at one point and someone was there to fix it within minutes. Even had a cute little fishin spot in the back yard. So close to everything without being stuck in the traffic as well. Will definitely book again if ever in the area. And Melinda, I absolutely loved the decor. None of us wanted to leave. “

The only problem we had was communicating with the host, but that is probably because we are senior citizens who are technology challenged and did not know we would be emailed the check in code at check in time. it was very frustrating to not be able to communicate with anyone to find this out.. “

Im zweiten funktionierte das Licht nicht und im Bad funktionierte fast keine Armatur. Gym war kaputt und deshalb gesperrt. Kein Holiday Inn-Standard. "
