„I loved the loft where I stayed. The bed was so comfortable. I really liked the pool and hot tub right outside of my room. The stay felt luxurious and was walkable to all the restaurants and sites. I did have a difficult time with the access from entrance code door not working but the gentleman Morio was there and sat and opened for guests. The fireworks and bells at 6am during cultural festivals was surprising. Unfortunately the property had few moscitoes, it is rainy but other a few minor ...

„We had a wonderful 4 night stay here. We were escaping a bad rental experience in a neighboring city, and the modernity, comfortable beds, and cleanliness of this place were a welcome change. The kitchen is small but cozy and workable. Caretaker David was wonderful and highly responsive before checkin, at our arrival, and daily with his check-ins on WhatsApp. We greatly appreciated his service and availability. The unit is just off Salida a Celeya and 2 blocks from CityMarket and La Comer. But ...

„The distance to centro was incorrect. The address provided in description was false, purposely to show property was closer to centro than actually is. The patio furniture was ruined by fire from previous tenant. Air conditioning was non existent in living, dining and kitchen making the property extremely unpleasant. Property management refused ro get on a call with us. Property management accused us of causing damages to patio furniture which was dine prior to oyr arrival. Overall terrible ...

„The place was just not very nice, rugs were old and dirty the chairs were stained, no cable TV and not worth the price. The only positive was the location. Expedia however was wonderful they went out of their way to get missing glasses and utensils, had the rugs removed and ordered an extensive cleaning and offered to move us or a discount which we accepted. “

"Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier. Zentrum zwar Recht weit weg aber noch fußläufig erreichbar. Zimmer insgesamt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Teppichboden stinkt. Bad insgesamt kaum akzeptabel. Speziell um Dusche herum Schmutz, Rost. Vielzahl an kleiner Fliegen und Tierchen, die beim Wasser aufdrehen die Wand hochkriechen. Duschtüre defekt. (Lässt sich nicht mehr schließen)"

"Schönes historisches Hotel im Zentrum mit Valet-parking (super, weil die Parkplatzsituation eher schwierig ist). Zentrale Lage praktisch für die Besichtigung des historischen Zentrums! Nettes Hotelrestaurant."
