„Sehr gute Lage, direkt am Bahnhof und der Monorail. Der Service war extrem gut, ich hatte mehrmals Probleme mit dem Zimmertresor. Dieser wurde dann durch einen neuen Tresor ausgetauscht. Positiv: sehr ruhig, man kann gut schlafen! Tolle Ausstattung auch in der Küche. Tolles Gym, hatte ich jeden Tag genutzt. Negativ: Das Frühstück war sehr einfach, Kaffee auf einer Warmhalteplatte wie vor 30 Jahren. Nur Melone als Obst, kein Müsli. Ich war 4 Tage im Hotel und nur den ersten Tag beim Frühstück, ...

Bei unserem Aufenthalt (Nov 2024) wurden Renovierungsarbeiten im Bereich der Rezeption durchgeführt, so dass wir keine Aussage über die tatsächliche Lobby machen können. An der Rezeption wurde von einem dortigen Mitarbeiter ein Whatsapp-Kontakt auf meinem Handy eingerichtet, über den die weitere Kommunikation zum Betreiber, inklusive Anfragen und Wünsche aller Art (24/7), ablief. „This place was by far my favorite in Malaysia. Our original hotel was canceled last minute so I quickly booked this place despite only having 2 reviews. "Wir waren 5 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute dort wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist eine Station vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Man kann das Hotel bequem über eine Brücke von der Bahn aus erreichen. Die Rezeption ist im 41 Stock. Die Zimmer sind hell und sehr komfortabel. Die Betten....mega bequem. Es gibt in dem 40 Stock ein Pool und ein Fitnessraum für den erholsamen Teil der Reise. Ebenso verfügt das Hotel über ein Bar mit toller Aussicht und einem sehr gutem Restaurant (Michelin ausgezeichnet) mit einem tollen Essen in entspannter Atmosphäre.Die Anbindung zu den Petronas Towern ist simpel. Einfach in die Bahn und sechs Stationen bei KLCC wieder aussteigen. Dir Fahrt dauert ca 15 min. Fazit....alles was man braucht ...."

"Wir waren von dem Hotel wirklich begeistert, ganz tolle Örtlichkeit mit einem super schönen großzügigen Pool. Absolut leckeres Frühstücksbuffet und freundliche Mitarbeiter.. Es liegt direkt am Flughafen, der Flugzeugalarm hat nicht gestört und wenn es nicht so abseits wäre, könnte man hier direkt länger Urlaub machen."
