„Place and location was great. Apartment was clean and we'll equipped for our short stay, however the bed was not comfortable. It was hard and couldn't get a good night's sleep due to the bed. But if that's not a deal breaker for your stay then it's a great place“

„Great location! The hotel is close to the Puchong IOI mall and within walking distance to nearby restaurants. Freindly and efficient staff. Checking in and out was easy. Will stay there again whenever I return to Puchong.“

„Excellent stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur!
I had a wonderful stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur in Quill Residences. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
The location is fantastic — very convenient and close to many attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. The residence itself is also quiet and secure.
The host was friendly, helpful, and very responsive ...

„The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. The housekeeping team should clean the room every day by changing the linen, towels and bins frequently. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay the reception staff were helpful. But I feel there are a lot of things that can be improved.“

„This is classified as a 4 star property and it has the amenities but not the maintenance. Our kitchenette had cockroaches through it, the bathroom was very mouldy with poor ventilation and it smelt terrible. I could see this being a 4 star when it first opened but I wouldn’t say it is now.
Beware also poor communication from this hotel. The staff seemed nice enough in person but even Expedia couldn’t get through to them in the phone when I asked for help to confirm whether reception closed ...
