However we felt management were very genuine is their action to help us understand what happened, and were interested in our feedback. They went OVER AND ABOVE our expectations to make amends. This was very much appreciated, especially those of Hermi and Diana. We will definitely consider booking at Somerset group.“

„I stayed in a three-bedroom apartment and everything was generally in order. However, I encountered a few issues, such as a stuck sliding door in the master bedroom, toilet flushing problems in the junior master and a non-working TV. I reported these through the QR code and most of the issues were promptly resolved. However there were no response from them at all (despite the info provided is to request at least 24 hours in advance). „The property was requested pay bigger deposit without any info before booking. I already paid the Rooms for two nights. I deal with them many times to see Room first and will directly pay the deposit. They not agree. I can't pay extra money after pay the Rooms for two nights. Customer Service call the Manager property also not answer.“
