„Eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen, die wir je hatten, absolute Empfehlung 😀!!! Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Nichts hat gefehlt. Aus dem Erker im Wohnzimmer hat man seitlichen Meerblick. Unten im Haus ist ein Café mit leckeren Pasties. Im Garten kann man gemütlich sitzen. Gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.“

„Very good location to access North Devon. The property is cozy with added facilities recreational facilities like swimming pool and games. Good enough for a family of four for a short break. The town is stone throw away from the property with few food options. Superstore next door is huuuuugeeee bonus. Overall very good. Highly recommend “

„We loved the location of this property, being able to see the sea from the main window and the back drop of such beautiful green hills. Nearby village of Mortehoe has all sorts of options for eating out or takeaway and it was only a short walk to Barricane Beach where there is a great Sri Lankan curry cafe. We also loved having a hot tub!“

„Really amazing place with lots of rooms for all of us to hang out in. We especially liked the bar lounge and the swimming pool area. Great hosts who were quick to respond to queries and really helpful. Would highly recommend if you have a large group! “

„We had a wonderful time in the apartment. It was very lovely: clean, cosy, warm - everything we need. The house has a great atmosphere. We felt very well. We love the balcony with the views, especially when the sun goes down. It was a very beautiful holiday. “

„I booked online and then researched the Holiday Park after (slightly backwards way of doing it) but I’m glad I didn’t take all the reviews too seriously, I’ve stayed in far worse hotels than this. Obviously late December is definitely not peak season either but still enough people about. The kids loved the pool and there was an on duty life guard and cafe. Our apartment was nice too. If I could give 1 bit of feedback it’s that the changing room for the pool is an open 1 room which the boys ...

„Went there with the family to celebrate my 60’s birthday, and we had a wonderful time , the house was great and had everything we needed, nice and quiet but near to shops pubs and cafes ,hosts very friendlyWould recommend “

„Nice apartment, ideal positioning, Illfracombe is very steep, but lovely walks to be had. Car parking is free after 6pm in the town also. We didn’t use the facilities but pool looked a decent size. Cushions on the bed were very hard. Could maybe do with a couple of soft ones in the wardrobe as a just incase. Lovely place overall. “

„We had a wonderful stay – truly a home from home! The property was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate six adults, with plenty of room left for surfboards and all the kit that comes with a beach/hike holiday. Everything we needed was provided, making it the perfect base for our trip. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!“

"Das Hotel liegt zentral im Ort Ilfracombe. Egal ob man auf dem Coast Trail wandern möchte, im Ort ins Restaurant will, bei Lidl einkaufen oder zu Hafen: Es ist alles fußläufig. Parken kann man kostenlos in den Seitenstraßen, wenn man bereit ist ca. 1 km weit zu laufen oder sich etwas länger auf die Parkplatzsuche zu begeben. Das Hotel selbst ist sauber aber renovierungsbedürftig. Unser Zimmer war preiswert aber dafür klein und mit Blick auf einen Innenhof (daher sehr ruhig). Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel selbst wird überwiegend von Golden Agers besucht. Dementsprechend ist auch die Live Musik am Abend ;-) Dank Lidl um die Ecke haben wir auf Verpflegung im Hotel verzichtet."
