„This was unexpectedly a great place to spend a few days. We booked at the very last minute as a previous host was a scammer and stood us up the night before we were due. It's on a very quiet lake and the description is entirely accurate. Peaceful and not too far away from grocery stores, liquor store and Digby - which has lots of amenities. We were surprised it was available the day before we showed up. It shouldn;t have been! It's a great place to spend a few days .....“

„The cabin we stayed in was the smaller of the 3, it is a little small with the bed down but still very comfortable for 2. There is definitely care that they put into these cabins, by how well they have been built. The bathroom is ample for 2 people and the Kitchenet has everything you need. The barbecue works well and the hosts make sure you have everything you need. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again it was that good and well worth the price for a weeks stay. “

„Overall, a nice cabin in Annapolis Valley! We had a nice stay at this low maintenance cabin. It had everything we needed and was more inviting than the pictures made it appear.It was great for the two of us to stay in for just a couple of nights. It was at the back of the owners property but they gave us space. Though of course it’s innately private there were few privacy blinds which made us less comfortable. Also a heads up for the tall folks, there is a low ceiling in the bedroom/living room ...

„We had such an amazing stay at Dana and Drew’s dome in Port Wade! They were super kind and always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The dome was spotless, cozy and so well thought out. It honestly has everything from board games and a TV to a BBQ and all the little details that make you feel at home. They also left us a lovely list of recommendations for things to do in Annapolis Royal, which is such a beautiful and charming little town. We loved visiting the Farmers’ Market ...

„These hosts are very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They even came looking to find us when we couldn’t find the entrance to their property! The stairs up to the loft sleeping area are very steep, but the bed was extremely comfortable. If someone can’t manage the stairs, there is a pull out sofa also provided. Great location when looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway. “

„Had high expectations going in and all of them were exceeded. The house itself accommodated 4 families very comfortably and every little detail was meticulously thought through - host Madison & Jody have clearly put their heart & soul into this place which honours the local Acadian traditions. The property overlooks the ocean which allowed us to take our time and walk on it at low tide. It is located in a quiet community but close to spectacular scenery and beaches such as Smugglers Cove and ...

„This property is unbelievable for it's location, charm, comfort, and owner. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this is, hands down, the best one I have stayed at. With a lighthouse and beach within walking distance, and overlooking a working harbor across the street, it is absolutely the ideal for experiencing the best of this area of Nova Scotia. The owner has amazing communication and provided an exemplary and low-stress experience. “

„This is a classic historic maritime house, there was lots of room here! It was clean and comfortable and we each had our own bathroom. It was a very quick walk to all the action in downtown Digby, we enjoyed that part very much. Our responsive hosts were very welcoming.“
