„Vivotel exceeded our expectations. The place is really modern once you enter and very well maintained, it is designed very well, the decor was very warm and welcoming with several seating area and even a little lounge space in the back. This was a beautiful spot to sit for hours, watching birds, the sunset, and the volcano in the mornings, and to simply enjoy life in nature. „We have stayed in at this property while we attended the Spanish school for few weeks. With my teenager son, having kitchen and laundry was important. "Das Hotel ist schön und luxuriös, für mich als Raucher aber völlig ungeeignet: Es hat weder Balkone, noch sonst einen angenehmen Platz, wo man rauchen kann. Man muss also vor die Tür gehen und dort rauchen, was überhaupt nicht luxuriös ist. Für mich ist das Hotel Barceló das beste Hotel in Guatemala."
