„Property was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. Had a beautiful sunset and enjoyed sitting on the porch having breakfast and coffee in the morning. Owner very responsive to questions when checking in. Great spot to use as a launching point to the north rim of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Would definitely stay here again if in the area in the future. “

„An amazing stay! Barb and David were great with communication and check-in and check-out were easy and simple. Excellent stay - all the amenities, super clean, well stocked, and comfortable stay. Awesome property with friendly farm animals and dog, and close to a decently sized town (Delta). I would highly recommend and would gladly stay here again! “

„Stayed with my 9 year old in a tiny home as well as the wheel wagon, the biggest of the tiny homes. The design of the homes is awesome, the kitchen well equipped, beds are comfy and the AC is really quiet, which makes for a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the soothing sound of the creek. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!“

„Wir nutzten einen gemütlich eingerichteten Airstream-Wagen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es gibt einen gemütlichen Aufenthaltsraum mit Billardtisch zur freien Nurzung. Auch der Ausblick auf den Colorado ist super. Leider hat es Abends sehr viele Mücken, sodass man den Sitzplatz nicht nutzen kann. “

„This duplex was set up very nicely and accommodating. It was a perfect landing spot for my family after a day of adventures. It is in a cute neighborhood! And extremely convenient! I mean everything we needed was within 5 to 10 minutes. It is right off a major street artery I felt. The owner was extremely fast to respond and friendly. We would stay there again. “

„My partner and I enjoyed our two-night stay at the Sweet Peach. This is a great little studio for two. It has a loft bed that might not be accommodating for an older or larger person. A young person would love the loft, and it's also great for a day nap. We ended up using the pull-out sleeper couch at night rather than climb up and down the ladder. „This is the second time I've stayed here, as the location is convenient to my purpose for coming, and the cabin is equipped with a livingroom, 2 bedrooms, and a kitchen. We found it to be a good fit for our family of 5. We DID have some trouble getting up the slight incline of the driveway and onto the main road, as there was snow and ice, but Clint came out asap to bring us some "ice melt pellets". „Great space with a fully stocked kitchen. Nice to see a great variety of pans and baking dishes for those of us who really like to cook. Spacious and convenient to downtown Palisade, we walked in several times. Clean with tons of linens and towels when we arrived. Quiet, comfortable, and spacious. “

„We loved this property. The quiet neighborhood was a nice landing place at the end of our days. Perfect location to travel to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Ouray, and Telluride. Montrose is a great city with nice coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!“
