„Our large, 3-generation, family of 22 (ages 4-84) recently stayed at Coyote Ridge Estates for a week. It was an excellent choice as there was plenty of space for everyone to be together or to get some privacy/quiet if needed. The clubhouse appealed to "children" of all ages and both Leah and Randy were so responsive by text to any concerns that arose during our stay. We went with one of Leah's suggestions for catering for 2 different nights and were not disappointed - would definitely use ...

„We had the most relaxing stay at rays vacation home. Ray answered all of questions very quickly and made sure everything was ok and we had what we needed. 3 beautiful bedrooms a beautiful kitchen and very comfortable living room. We made a fire in the fire pit and made some s'mores. We would definitely love to come back next year. 5 star vacation home. Thank you for the memorable stay Ray!“

There is no A/C, but it wasn't too hot for our July visit with the fans on and windows cracked. „The property is just as described and pictured, and everything was in working order. The Owner is very quick to respond to any communication. Less than 10 min. to Bellaire Mountain, and with a fireplace, would make a nice cabin for winter weekend ski getaways. It is small... We were 2 adults and one child--- adults took the bedroom and the child on the futon in the living room. 2 Adults and 2 children would probably max the space; although more could fit it might not be very comfortable. ...

„We had 18 for a family reunion. Everyone loved the place — the kitchen, the dining areas, the pool, the fire pit, etc. Each couple had their own bed/bath for privacy and group areas for family activities. The weather was gorgeous. Trout fishing is just down the road and two golf courses are about 20 minutes away.There is a great game room — but it’s in the basement, which we rarely used.We were very pleased and would happily return.“
