„Giá cả quá tốt so với vị trí và tiện ích. Nhà gỗ sạch sẽ có toilet riêng đàng hoàng. Chỉ có vấn đề gối hơi cao người nào quen nằm gối thấp sẽ mỏi cổ. Có kiến và muỗi nhưng không nhiều, chấp nhận được.“

„出張で1人で利用。国内向けに別荘を販売しているエリアに宿泊用の物件が複数あり、1つの建物に数組が宿泊できるようになっています。 2階に宿泊用の部屋があり、1階はキッチン、ダイニングスペース（共用）があります。昼間は共用スペースでPCを開いて仕事ができ便利でした（Grabでコーヒーとスムージーを注文）。エリア内は車がほとんど通らないため、朝は5時に起きて10kmランニングができました。宿泊客や別荘のオーナー、地元の人も朝早くからウォーキングやランニングをしており、爽やかな朝でした。朝食はエリア内のコーヒーミュージアムの横で食べることができます。ゴルフカートのような乗り物で連れて行ってくれました。来るまでは他の方のレビューを見て少し不安もありましたが、来てみるととても満足でまた来たいと思いました（エリアの入り口近くに大きな建造物が建設中で完成したらまた行きたいと思います）。“

„The architecture and grounds at Ocean and Maia are spectacular. The local area is pretty quiet, but Cat Tien town is only 20 minutes walk along the beach, and there are good local seafood restaurants there. Food options at the resort are limited and expensive“

„Awesome place and highly recommended. Beautiful rooms at prime location. HOWEVER, communication at front desk was not only challenging because of the language barrier, but I reserved 7 rooms for my biker group and they charged my card and we also paid cash for the rooms upon leaving. They said my card would not be charged, however that was false. Had to go thru Expedia for refunds. Double check your charges before you leave l, I assumed pending would fall off, but it didn’t. “

„It was a very wonderful place to stay We stayed for 14 days and had such a relaxing Time. Plus there was this restaurant near by called the Ozone the food was fantastic Beautiful resort right on the water hopefully we will make it back to this place“

„This was an interesting property with some nicely designed interior features and run by a lovely family who tried very hard to please. However, it was not a bilingual property as advertised and that was frustrating at times.I found the kitchen poorly equipped and had to supply some of my own utensils. There was no microwave as advertised and the washing machine had Chinese only instructions.Attention to these small details could make a big difference to someone's stay.“
