„Overall an excellent stay. Unfortunately we had a bad checkin experience with respect to the room. However we felt management were very genuine is their action to help us understand what happened, and were interested in our feedback. They went OVER AND ABOVE our expectations to make amends. „Clean and decent. Rooms are generally comfortable, only thing is don’t have warbrobe. Having mahjong room is great! Booked 2 units and 1 of them don’t have frying pan for own cooking. Overall still clean and decent accommodation. “

„The property was requested pay bigger deposit without any info before booking. I already paid the Rooms for two nights. I deal with them many times to see Room first and will directly pay the deposit. They not agree. I can't pay extra money after pay the Rooms for two nights. Customer Service call the Manager property also not answer.“

„I stayed in a three-bedroom apartment and everything was generally in order. However, I encountered a few issues, such as a stuck sliding door in the master bedroom, toilet flushing problems in the junior master and a non-working TV. I reported these through the QR code and most of the issues were promptly resolved.
