„Staying at this VRBO home was convenient, given its close proximity to Valdosta State University—just a block away! You can easily walk to campus, though knowing the backroads is helpful, as traffic can get a little busy in the city.The home was suitable for a short stay, though some issues stood out. „Property was clean which is what's most important to me. Had a hard time sleeping with the a/c unit being right next to the bed since it's loud. Only one in the apartment so only the area around it was cool. Shower is a make shift one so the pressure us low but it still did the job. There is a large gap under the front door frame but luckily nothing came up under it that i know of. It's a decent place for the price. “

„The original house we booked had AC problems so without any hesitation, we were given another option free of charge and everything went perfectly. Water pressure in the house needs some work but besides that, the place was amazing!! Will definitely book through Lando again “

„Property was wonderful. They were able to stay parked at property and walk to the stadium so they didn't have any to deal with any conjested traffic. My brother/sis-in-law from Dallas Tx loved that they could walk the quiet neighbor in the afternoon. My baby sister and her son were from Houston and loved the way the bedrooms were spaced out giving them a sense of privacy even though they were all there together. „Wonderful place to stay! The apartment was completely remodeled and updated. I loved the thoughtful touches of the old fashioned door knobs set in the new doors, and the brick exposed step leading to the bedroom, which remain true to the character of the building. We enjoyed being right in town so we could walk to the shops, the coffee shop, and Three Crazy Bakers was less than a block away, and it was delicious. We brought desserts home with us. We will stay here again!“

„This cottage is so sweet, nostalgic, and cozy! It was reminiscent of my grandmother’s home in rural SC, but with all the modern conveniences. Rachel truly has thought of everything and has provided nice lighting/lamps, pillows, coffee, curtains, and has even placed charging stations bedside. The parking area at the house is sizable, plus the neighborhood is nice for walking too. We are thankful we could stay here!“

„We truly enjoyed our stay at the 12th street retreat! We came in town for our daughter’s graduation! The house was very cozy and it had everything we needed! The hostess was very attentive! I would rate it 10/10. If you come to Tifton, give it a try! Very well decorated!! “

„We only spent one night as we were enroute home but would have loved to linger longer in this cozy home with a wonderful porch and patio in a beautiful setting on a small lake serenaded by grease, frogs and other wildlife. Highly recommended! “

„We had a travel volleyball tournament at VSU. The location of this property allowed us to take a break in between games and come to house and get a little more comfortable for a minute. Saved a ton of money cooking in. Had plenty of room for family. Backyard was nice for coffee.“

„This was the PERFECT spot for us to stop with our small children. There were plenty of toys both inside and out that entertained our children after our long drive. We look forward to potentially staying here again if we make the trip down south. We appreciate the host's hospitality! “
