„Hotel ist super. Zimmer und Ausblick sehr schön. Service allerdings sehr verbesserbar. Man sollte schon hier und da mal aufräumen bzw. sauber machen. Die Damen am Empfang nur mit Handy beschäftigt. Schade, dass man den Pool und die anderen Annehmlichkeiten nur sehr zeitlich eingeschränkt nutzen konnte. “

„It’s always a pleasure to spend time at this property. I visited 6 years ago and it still looks pretty good. A few maintenance improvements are needed but nothing major. It’s probably time to upgrade the furniture a little bit everything is still nice. I can’t wait to get back. “

I’ve stayed here before and really appreciated having access to the pool. It was a great alternative when I didn’t feel like dealing with the beach crowds and sand, lol. „Nebensaison - Zimmerservice "störte" (aus diesem Grund?) bereits gegen 9 Uhr; etwas früh wenn man bedenkt, dass Selbstversorgung angesagt war. Sauberkeit oberflächlich gut - sehr gut, aber sitzt man in der Badewanne (luxuriös) schaut man auf eine, von unten max. verschmutzte (schwarz verkrustete) Vorrichtung, mit welcher der Verschlussstöpsel entriegelt wird. Diese schwarzen Bestandteile schwimmen auch im Badewasser herum. Schade, so kann ein Sprudelbad nicht genossen werden! Rezeption ...

„The contactless entry was problematic. The code wouldn't work for my room and I had to call three times before someone picked up to help me. It took another several minutes for them to fix it remotely. Then, the bathroom was locked from the inside and there was no one on site to get me in. Once all that was settled, the stay was pleasant. „We had our 12th family reunion here. 74 year age spread between the attendees and we all had a great time. This place was great! Quite amazing to have us all under one roof. There's a lot to this property with massive kitchens, nice bedrooms, theatres, pool tables, elevators, and swimming. We had a few equipment glitches but property managers were quick to respond and resolve quickly. Great experience, great property, great management!!! 10 out of 10!!!“

„Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, softest towels I have ever dried off with, and location was very quiet. Maintenance was quick to unstop bathroom drain. Master bath was tiny in comparison to most. Shower was large enough to accommodate larger than life person, so it worked. Across the street from the beach, but no buildings to block view.
