„AWFUL experience. This property does not exist. I tried to cancel 3 days before with a full refund because I didn't want to get stranded like the other renters (reviews). Reason being....the address provided for the property was a restaurant and after repeated attempts to get the actual address, still nothing. They gave me the location of the "area" but no specific address. So like anyone would have, I canceled but with NO REFUND from VRBO. VRBO was another awful experience, with horrendous ...

„We arrived at dusk on a stormy Saturday, and it was difficult to get down the side yard into the apartment. The pavers are not equally spaced or necessarily level (would be difficult to do these things), and we struggled to get down the probably 20 steps in the pouring rain. Climbing those pavers was difficult and taxing too. I definitely would suggest some lighting on that side yard for guests. The apartment was very nice, especially since we included the "blue room." „The place was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfy. Some thoughts for future renters:There was an air purifier in the closet. Set that up to drown out any noise. We didn't hear anything except the garage doors below.Fill up the ice machine with water asap. There's a Publix 1 mile away if you need anything.I'd suggest bringing some bottled water. Enjoy your stay!Thank you very much to the owners! “

„The host is amazing with communicating the expectations and etc. Just be aware that the basement’s bathroom is a bit smaller than the avg size and there are pros and cons in regard to the basement bedroom as a whole. Loved the community. Will definitely book again if I ever return to ATL.“

„I've had family in Georgia for 30 years so I am very familiar with the area. It was an older neighborhood with older houses but well maintained. I had a small issue with the shower curtain but the management fixed it within an hour. Overall the management was very responsive and the house was as described I'd stay there again.“

„Spacious house with everything you need and it is just as described. We stayed with extended family and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Kids loved the pool. Dean was great. Would definitely recommend. “

„House was just like the pictures. Beds all slept well, The master bathroom had a great shower and the pressure was very nice. Had to look for some bath towels, found some in the dryer. Driveway was a bit tricky but pulling in the garage helped. “

„It was the perfect place for our family. The apartment on the first floor was perfect for my daughter and her husband. They had a separate kitchen and it worked great for when the kids in our family came to visit for playing Jackbox games. Both kitchens were well stocked and had coffee! There was a book at the front door with floor plans and local menus which was great. We had one issue the first night and the hosts not only answered my call at 1am but were there the next morning to addess it. ...

"Hatten nach dem Aufenthalt starken Juckreiz am ganzen Körper. Im Zimmer haben wir täglich Käfer vernichten müssen. Als frühstück ist zu verstehen Cornflakes und wenn man schnell ist und Glück hat kann eine Banane noch dabei sein. Kaffee oder Orangensaft Fehlanzeige. Der Pool ist dauerhaft geschlossen. Mit Folie abgedeckt und Müll liegt drum rum. Betten durchgelegen und unsauber. Reinigung der Zimmer von 10 Nächten war 1x. Handtüchertausch nur weil wir ihn verlangt haben. Hotel gehört geschlossen!!!!! "
