„Great place, right on the lake. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds - nice bedrooms upstairs. A/C in every room, including upstairs. Plenty of space for our whole family to gather, play games, etc. The porch was great - lots of seating, and the weather was nice enough that we had a lot of our meals on the porch. Price included two kayaks - needed to fill out waiver to get the combo to unlock them (not a con - just be aware that you'll need to allow a little time to fill out the waivers, ...

„My daughter got married and utilized the Lakeview Banquet Center on Round Lake. We are from the Detroit area and needed accommodations near the venue and this cottage was perfect!! It was beautiful, quiet, clean and so convenient for our activities for the weekend. My husband and I were definitely discussing coming back for a getaway in the future. The hosts really make you feel welcome and definitely thought of lots of small touches. “

„ Cute, modern, well kept home. Very easy to get to MSU and on/off the interstate. There is a cute walking path along the River for a nice walk, I saw many fishing too.Eric was very attentive. He thought of everything including a welcome bottle of wine and had a guide for local suggestions. My son and I ate at two of the restaurants and they were great. I highly recommend The People’s Kitchen. “

„We had a great long 4th of July weekend at Mikes cottage! The fireworks were awesome on the lake. The cottage was very updated and had everything we needed! We would definitely like to plan another trip next year!“

„The cottage walls were lined with beautiful pine, the kitchen was extremely well stocked with toasters, toaster oven, crock pot, etc. Linens and pillows for the futons were available. We used the paddle boat, which needs some chain grease, but the adult kids enjoyed fishing from it. Plenty of towel were provided for the shower. Hosts were but a phone text away. 5 stars all the way “

„We rented the property for 4 weeks. Needed a property with a fenced in backyard that would accommodate our 2 dogs. Although the home was older, it was well maintained. The neighbors were friendly. The property manager was excellent with managing the check-in process and was available and prompt in responding to questions. Enjoyed our stay!!!“

„Beautiful setting, very relaxing, clean cottage and well stocked. It was wonderful to kayak on the lake as well. Overall we had a wonderful visit. “
