„The Cozy Cottage was an excellent VRBO to stay at in Fayetteville. The house was comfortable and well kept. The owners were responsive, and we had great communications with them when needed. The location of the cottage was superb with a couple of restaurants (Tequila Taco Bar, which was amazing, and Secret Sandwich Society) within steps of the house, and Downtown Fayetteville within walking distance. Southside Junction and Pies and Pints are both a short walk away and highly recommended. ...

The only things I would want others to be made aware of was that it is somewhat close to a main road, so the road noise during the day can be a little loud.
