„Beautiful waterfront with marina for the boating crowd and more. Very nice Little resort - clean room. Check in and out was easy. Coffee and ice and mini fridge in room. Bill Murays Kneipe Caddyshack ist nebenan und sehr lecker! Leider ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig! Als so gegen 5 Uhr morgens die Sanitäreinrichtungen los dröhnten, war die Nacht trotz Oropax zu Ende.“

„We all were very impressed by the house and enjoyed our stay. Suggestions: The downstairs bathroom attached to the bedroom. Bite the bullett and redo the plumbing. It smelled bad on arrival but upon use was fine. Draining water caused noise indicating venting issues, which likely also cause the smell. Shower controls are off causing inability to have a coolish shower. It was virtually always on very warm. “

„The property is beautiful and in an amazing location. We loved seating on the big wraparound porch. The beds were comfortable and there is so much natural light pouring into the house. Super close to the restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Absolutely would stay here again.“

„We enjoyed our stay. The very convenient with not haven’t to haul everything to the beach. However there were quite a few issues. We let the owners know. The first night the wind blew the window out. Frig didn’t get cold it only got cool. Upstairs was very hot at night. A good bit of the receptacles did not work. Some of the lights didn’t work. The trash was full upon arrival so nowhere for us to put trash. Downstairs was too hot for anyone to stay in the beds. Water smelt horrible. After ...

„Perfect size for a couple or small family! Stocked very well with anything you might need, coffee, tea, spices and condiments, including fresh baked chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Close to the historical area of St Augustine with lots to see and do. Great place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay again when in this area and would highly recommend to friends and family. “

„This house was awesome. The host communication was great and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The location was close enough to downtown but without any of the inconveniences. I liked the layout of the house and had the essentials for the stay. We will highly consider returning to this location next year.“

„This was the perfect location for us. It was close to the downtown area but also close to some great local spots. Having the pool access was a highlight to help us unwind in between exploring.
