„There were 6 men that stayed at the house. They loved the house and the view. It met their needs and they enjoyed staying there. The problems I’ve experienced are the lack of communication with the owner. I never received the door code to get in the house and there was plumbing problems that I won’t have been aware of if I hadn’t called to get the door code. „Our son was graduating and we needed enough space for us and family. What a beautiful space. Every detail was considered to make this home comfortable. We loved the location and the wonderful walks we took every morning. We also enjoyed the Saturday farmer’s market right down the street! Thank you for an amazing stay.“

„We were very happy with our stay. There was an issue with the coffee pot, but we managed, the owner said they would take care of it, when I let her know. The "game room" as my family called it was fun for all ages.“

„We had 13 people age ranging from 36-2. All had a wonderful time. Hot tub was amazing. The backyard was fun for the kids. Saw some turkeys roosting in the trees. Plenty of toys. Enjoyed our stay.“

„Perfect location for attending a downtown wedding. Everything inside the unit was clean and modern. Hallways/stairway leading to the unit were a little shabby and not the cleanest. There are quite a few stairs to reach the unit, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, a great stay. I’d definitely stay again for a downtown Yankton event.“

„We had a very positive experience at this property in Yankton. We did wish for one more bathroom for our group of five people, but we made it work, and the rest of the stay was great. The house has its quirks in layout, but it is VERY clean and well equipped, and the beds and bedding were all very comfortable (my husband and I slept on the king-size bed). „This property was perfect for our stay. The only thing we were disappointed about was the pool not being opened and there was no mention it was out of commission. But the rest was heaven. Heads up when staying there, you will need to buy a park pass.“

„We stayed at this home with six couples over Labor Day. You consist of three levels with two bedrooms and a bath on each level. It had plenty of space for all of us to gather as a big group or to spread out when desired. It was beautifully and comfortably furnished. We are definitely interested in booking again sometime!“
