„Great location, peaceful and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a good stay. I would suggest a little more deep cleaning and some sort of instructions for operating the heat system . Possibly some temperature control before guest arrive . But otherwise a great cabin ,would stay there again when in the area . “

„Codax retreat was a fantastic home for our family of 14 people (ages 2-60). We did have to get creative with sleeping situations with kids as some of the sleeping areas are in the loft which is very open. We comfortably slept 8 adults in beds and 2 kids in the bunk beds. The other four kids slept on kid air mattresses (not provided). The 2.5 bathrooms were great to have. The open space was great and the garage - the kids LOVED. There were so many games/activities for all ages. We had plenty to ...

„A nice place. We loved the open kitchen, dining, and living space. We enjoyed the perfect weather grilling, playing yard games, and chilling on the porches. The feel small with the big double sized bunk beds, but the bunk beds are good. “

„We were there with our family from ages 14 to 77. The property manager was so helpful and quick to respond to any questions. There was so much to do at this property for everyone of all ages. No need to worry about what to do on rainy days. It was fabulous! We would highly recommend it and can't wait to go again. “

„I stayed at Pheasant Cottage with my two dogs, and it was perfect. The view of the lake is beautiful, and the backyard is huge. The canoes are nearby, and the cottage is separated from the lodge so it feels secluded, even when the resort is fully booked. We'd love to come again! “

„Cute cottage that has a lovely location on the river. Surprising amount of space including a comfortable living room and dining room. Host has done a nice job. As others have noted it is very close to a relatively busy road but a white noise machine will help. Short drive to Cornell and hiking /biking trails.“
